Bright living spaces
The open spaces are located on the ground floor, and create a dynamic public space, with their widows and transparency onto the street : halls, cycling access, cafeteria, forecourt… The apartments have large bay windows.
The rooftop offers a quiet space, with a terrace.
Its panoramic view invites the residents to meet there, and to share some activities.

Sonogram and kinetic facade
The project present an interpretation of the sonogram, as a tribute to Bach. It highlights music by transposing it with coloured lines. This kinetic effect animates the facade, by allowing different perceptions, according from where the people are looking at it.
This is also a way to transform the wall into a giant QR code, that displays Bach’s music when it is scanned.
