A concept that is a good compromise between a house and a working place. The project is splitted in three different parts, to satisfy different kind of users : craftsmen, self-employed, associations, collectors.

The twins : two different buildings with similar volumes.

The loft : two different functions in a single volume.

The workshop/housing : two different separated functions into the same shell. From 50 to 60 % of the glass parts are south facing.

A collector wall retrieves solar energy inside the workshop, by radiation.
