A complex city-facing residential structure
The housing hub has three functions: as a living space, a venue and a social space.
The project encourages the socialisation of people in a precarious situation with the aspects of the programme that are connected to community life: community café, living rooms for meetings, shared gardens. The ground floors, shaded by plane trees, open onto the public space via large bay windows.

A family apartment approach
The separation between the private sphere of the studios and the communal living areas (living room, dining room) is clear. Each resident can spend time alone, or with people and family, as they wish.
